Palm Beach and Other Coastal Communities Exempted from 5G Installation Legislation
Let’s keep eyes on how this really plays out… In the state of Florida, a law has been passed that allows mobile operators to deploy 5G antennas anywhere without authorization. Palm Beach, place of residence u.a. from billionaire Bill Gates and US President Donald Trump, was exempted. According to city administrator Tom Bradford, the ban temporarily blocks all requests to install wireless communications on public property. The exception was justified with the excuse that setting up the antennas would spoil the cityscape and there would be opposition of the inhabitants. It remains to be seen whether the abandonment of 5G will prevent the total surveillance or health damage caused by the high-frequency microwave radiation in Palm Beach. But they do the only right thing to do without 5G until scientific studies on the health effects on humans are available!
Town Manager Tom Bradford said Tuesday that Palm Beach and some other coastal communities have been exempted from legislation that would limit local control on the installation of 5G transmission equipment.
The legislation has passed the House and Senate and is awaiting Gov. Rick Scott’s signature, Bradford said at a meeting of the Underground Utilities Task Force. “We have been carved out,” Bradford said. “That law does not apply to us.” The legislation severely limits state and local government control over of public rights-of-way where 5G, or fifth generation wireless technology, is being installed.
